The same one that's been burned at the stake over and over again for being lifeless and sterile? Nope. All the nope.

But it has that little blue and white propeller on the front and that's all that matters.

Every single M3 has been said to be boring and lifeless when it came out. It's all been a crock of shit ultimately, as history revealed during the life of each generation.
Oh no, it has a I6 and looks too close to the non-M. Wrong, the E36 is still the best all arounder M3
Oh no, it has traction control and too many gizmos. Wrong, the E46 has the best NA I6
oh no, it has a V8 and has too many gizmos. Wrong, the S65 is lighter than the S54
Oh no, it has turbos..... Let's wait until history paints its tableau for the F82, but I'm fucking sure it will be good

I guess I just see paying extra for things that should come standard as insulting...

I'm not saying people won't buy them. I'm just saying those people are wrong.

It has a ton of standard equipment.
Ceramic brakes are absurd at $8100.
LED headlights at $1900? The HID's work great.
The Executive package is $4300 worth of fluff.
I'll concede that it should come with leather standard...but the standard leather/cloth combo looks to be pretty nice.
Aside from that, it comes standard with Navigation, bluetooth, real time traffic, climate control, bi-xenon HID's, autodimming mirrors, 10 way power and heated seats. Oh,and a limited slip diff.
